Day 0
Order Placed
Your order is confirmed and sent to our studio.
Day 1–2
Checked & Packed
Each piece is checked once more, then wrapped and packed.
Day 2–3
Shipped
You receive a tracking number via email.
Day 5–7
Delivered
Your package arrives, wrapped with care.
Return Policy
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
Made-to-order items (engraved pieces) are final sale
Sale items may be exchanged but are not eligible for refund
Prepaid return label, free for damaged, defective or wrong items and $8 otherwise
How to Return
Contact Us
Email hello@snootco.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
Receive Your Label
We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. The $8 label cost comes out of your refund, and it is free for damaged, defective or wrong items.
Pack and Ship
Pack items in their original packaging and drop off at any shipping location.
Refund Processed
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
The Unboxing
Every order arrives tissue-wrapped, sealed with a gold sticker, with a hand-written note from us.
All packaging materials are recyclable or compostable.
