Every dog is a different shape, and every piece fits a little differently. Measure here, then check the size chart on the product page before you order.

How to measure

A tailor’s three numbers

Chest

The widest part, just behind the front legs. Most of our clothes are sized by the chest, so start here.

Neck

Where a collar sits, with two fingers under the tape. The Snoot & You cape sets are sized by the neck.

Back length

From the base of the neck to the base of the tail, with your dog standing square. The four-leg rain suit is sized by back length.

This is our usual chart. Each piece also has its own chart on its product page, and that is the one to trust.

Snoot & You cape sets go by the neck. S fits 10 to 11 in, M 11 to 13 in and L 13.5 to 16.5 in, so bigger dogs fit too.
The four-leg rain suit goes by back length.
The chenille vest and the raincoat run a little roomier.

Fit notes for familiar shapes

Yorkshire Terrier

Tiny frame, fine silky coat, surprisingly deep chest for the size. Yorkies feel the cold and wear knits well.

Maltese

Light, compact and long-coated. Measure the chest under the coat, not over it, and the dress or knit will sit right.

Their fit

Miniature Dachshund

Long-bodied with a small chest and short legs. Go by chest for a sweater. For the four-leg rain suit, go by back length and expect it to run short.

Their fit

French Bulldog

Compact and muscular with a broad chest and a short neck. A smaller Frenchie fits our XL, so measure the chest before choosing.
