A holiday cape collar for your small dog, with a matching scrunchie for you. The cape is a green, red and cream tartan with a burgundy Peter Pan collar and a cream lace inner edge, finished with a small check bow tie whose red ribbon tails carry "Merry Christmas" in gold script.
It closes with two black snaps at the back of the neck, so it goes on in a moment and sits like a collar rather than a coat; the scrunchie repeats the tartan with a cream lace frill. Designed in Kentucky, made in small batches.
