A short tartan cape collar for your small dog, with a matching scrunchie for you. The cape is a green, red and cream tartan twill with a fine gold thread in the check, finished with a burgundy collar, a cream lace inner edge and a slim burgundy necktie with a small gold-tone buckle at the knot.
It closes with two black snaps at the back and sits on the shoulders, so choose by neck size; the scrunchie is the same tartan with burgundy piping. Designed in Kentucky, made in small batches.
